Working with Layne was a pleasure. She went out of her way all the time it felt to help with the buying process. She was always willing to go and look at houses or found a way to be able to see the property if the schedules didn’t line up. The best part of it was the communication which she was very fast to reply and find out questions if she didn’t know the answer. I really appreciated working with her and will recommend her services to anybody and hopefully get to work with her again in the future!
Layne was a WONDERFUL realtor! She was always available to help us schedule showings especially on short notice. She was very communicative which was super helpful throughout the process. We just bought our first house and am so glad that Layne was the one to help make it all possible!
Layne is an absolute pleasure to work with. She helped us get our dream home! I was incredibly fortunate that I found Layne at the start of my search for a new home. Or maybe it would be more accurate to say that she found me! I met Layne at one of her Open Houses and she immediately clued in to what I was looking for and proactively reached out to highlight properties or details that I was interested in. She was always incredibly responsive, patient, and thoughtful and made a very stressful experience much easier.
Layne Volkmann is a true professional and an absolute joy to work with. She was always available to answer our questions morning, noon, and night (literally). She was extremely patient, never pushy, and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted (and there were a lot of them).
