I was incredibly fortunate that I found Layne at the start of my search for a new home. Or maybe it would be more accurate to say that she found me! I met Layne at one of her Open Houses and she immediately clued in to what I was looking for and proactively reached out to highlight properties or details that I was interested in. She was always incredibly responsive, patient, and thoughtful and made a very stressful experience much easier.
Layne Volkmann is a true professional and an absolute joy to work with. She was always available to answer our questions morning, noon, and night (literally). She was extremely patient, never pushy, and willing to show us as many houses as we wanted (and there were a lot of them).
