Dr. Layne failed to diagnose two medical conditions instead attributing them to anxiety. It took pushing to be seen and seeking help elsewhere. Her office then canceled me as a patient for failing to pay a $5.00 copay (not that I planned to go back). She made me feel like my concerns were not worth her time.
Dr Layne is the best, dependable & HONEST
If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. The way that my husband has been treated in this office by both the staff and the doctor herself is incredibly offensive. On more than one occasion they have spoken to him incredibly unprofessional and inappropriate. You go in to be seen for an ailment and they make jokes at your expense “looks like we’re doing better than you haha” uhm excuse me? How about some compassion for the people you are treating?
