I’ve always been hesitant about PT, so never followed through with the recommendation to go. If you are at all skeptical or just need an amazing therapist this is a great place to go! Specifically request Steven Zakai for your therapist. He’s attentive, supportive, knowledgeable and incredibly good at his job. was told it was $30 copay, but now the changed it, so I got a bill for $315 in addition to all th $30 copays. The PT was okay when the main guy was there but when he was gone or helping others it was pretty bad. I think one of them doubled as the receptionist
The therapists are knowledgeable and caring. My issue has been cleared up in less time than I expected. Great folks here!
I received very good care here, and continue to do many of the exercises my PT recommended I do and so far so good with no reoccurrence of the initial complaint!
Beware of this shady outfit! Almost a year after treatment, and six months since my last SURPRISE bill...I just got another bill in the mail today. Every appt. I went to, that silly receptionist was supposedly running my credit card for any monies I owed...so why these new charges out of the blue? All my appts. were pre-approved by my insurance! Make sure you get an itemized listing of their charges, as well as receipts for all payments. I didn't do this, and now I reckon our next interaction will be in small claims court. I... read more
