I didn’t realize calling customer service meant I’d be apologizing for existing. She answered the phone like I interrupted the most important nap of her life. Every question I asked seemed to personally offend her. I asked to speak with my family member and she freaked out and said he died (he’s very much alive) please give her a day off so she doesn’t ruin business 😂
What an amazing company they fixed the pump problems i was having and the lady i spoke with was very nice and understanding if i ever have any more issues i will call them
Terrible at trouble shooting your problem. They start by replacing the most expensive parts and charge you for everytime they come back out for same problem.they never fixed our problem. When called them about it was told they were to busy and to have someone else come out.
