Mr. Davis and his office staff are absolutely amazing. I have done mediation 3x prior in the past, and me and my ex's attorneys chose this office. I had two mediation appointments with Layne Davis. The first one, I had many documents, my proposed parenting plan, etc. Ex was not prepared at all. During my one-on-one with Layne, he told me I needed to slow down and let ex “catch up” because I was making ex feel bad. Second meeting, we came to an agreement and Layne sent each lawyer a letter stating what we agreed to. Except he got almost everything wrong.
