Without a doubt, my husband and I highly recommend Elan Layliev of Layliev Law PC. We hired Mr. Layliev to represent us as Landlords in an action against a very difficult and uncooperative commercial tenant. He is very professional, easy to communicate with, and extremely knowledgeable of the law. Mr. Layliev was able to reach a favorable outcome in just a few short months, resulting in the tenant being forced to vacate the premises. There are not enough words to express our satisfaction and appreciation.
Elan represented us as landlord in a tenant eviction case. He is knowledgeable and patient. And willing to spend time to educate and answer our questions. We really appreciate his help as this process is not fun. The only thing I would say is sometimes the communication falls off as he is very busy and spent almost all of his time at court.
