Layla's Falafel is the real deal Falafel's has excellent Arabic food. We lived in West Africa for almost a decade so we spent a lot of time at the local Lebanese shawarma shops. Falafel is the real thing! My kids who were away at University for the past four years would put it on the first-to-do list when returning home on breaks. This is the newest opened edition of Falafel in Stamford and the best for dining in. If you are on the move, try their smaller shop on High Ridge, for excellent take out.
Excellent falafel Excellent falafel! The owner was extremely helpful on my first visit, and even put together a "sampler" platter for me when I asked for recommendations. That was service above and beyond, especially since it was a typically busy Friday lunch hour. Everything was excellent, especially the falafel, hummuus and baba ganoush. The atmosphere was comfortable. Parking can be a pain in that part of Stamford, but its worth the effort to find a spot

If you like falafels, these are really fantastic. Try the Fattoush Salad as shown, with hot saus, hummus, and garlic dipz
Very slow service, consider this, so come here before u get hungry. Khavurma was so heavy (fatty). I recommend lintal soup and bread.

Amazing food and I mean awesome! Homemade, fresh, authentic an staff is great. Doesn't get much better than that.
