If I could give zero stars, I would. The girl that normally did my locks moved out of state told me two days before my appointment at the last minute I find Layla locks looks trustworthy. You can schedule online. She seems very particular about appointments, everything should be on the oven up. Except her communication is horrible and the only person’s time she respects her own. I was hesitant to post this review at first but the longer I wait, the more frustrated I become. I had my first experience in a salon at Laylalocs and I was left feeling disappointed, frustrated, and taken advantage of. She was very fast and the lines were clean and the walk ins on Saturday is rare and nice.
