Layer zero is a awful place to work. It’s an extremely stressful and toxic work environment along with incompetent management, engineers and HR department. The safety is almost non existent and pay is low compared to other companies doing similar work. Talking to HR is totally pointless unless you want your personal information spread through the company faster than you could yourself.
