10/10 service, i got ruby highlights and a haircut, enjoyed it alot!
Went to this salon for the first time today and it was the most incredible experience! Very friendly and kind! Will definitely be returning!
We should have looked at the other two negative reviews of the building, the issues they bring up remain. We have been here a week and every interaction with staff has had an error. We are consistently being given inaccurate information. Explanation by property manager is concierge turnover/retention/training issues, and a promise that 'this isn't usually the case', but that doesn't explain inaccurate information also being given by the leasing agent 2 months ago.
