It wasn’t good. Not fresh. not interesting.
Got brownie from there, melted chocolate and all dry from inside. It was never used to be like that. Its my second time i try it from this location. They don’t have AC in shop, full heat and they are selling cake, cupcake etc. worker said AC not working at all. Not going to this location again. Sorry Layers. They reduce the size of brownie and quality and taste is not same.
My favorite cupcakes are Red Velvet and Carrot. The customer service is always good and they are welcoming and nice.
Ordered bluey themed cupcakes for a 3 year old birthday party and everyone loved it so much.... thank you layers bakeshop... you have a new forever customer!! The birthday couldn't believe the cupcakes were for her and the other kids loved seeing bluey on the cupcakes. The flavor was amazing.
I ordered an engagement cake from Westbury NY location and paid the full amount through Zelle. I specifically requested delivery at 5:30 PM, but the cake was not delivered on time. They barely answered their phone, and after many calls, someone finally responded and promised delivery by 6:30 PM. Because of the delay, I had to ask all of our guests to wait before eating, and the photographer had to stay longer since the engaged couple needed to take pictures with the cake first.
