The Team at Lay2 Real Estate was thoroughly professional. They made the entire process of selling a property and finding another property, smooth and stress-free.
Julie Taylor is rude, arrogant and destructive of other people's property. I personally haven't used the service, but she's sat there on social media gloating about destroying and damaging what belongs to other people. Either the company fire her or the business reputation fails due her conduct and the way social media will happily cancel this company for the crap she has done. I just wanted to give a massive shout out to Julie! I recently decided to sell my first home, even just the thought of where to start sent me into a downward spiral. The house, like me was falling apart.. Julie held my hand through every step keeping the process light hearted and stress free. Not a good experience when at the height of a massive real estate boom the house was sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars under market value. Mick Lay from Lay2 Real Estate just sold our parents home in Bayswater. A 3 bed 2 bath brick and tile character home on Beechboro Road zoned R60, near Bayswater hotel and station, subdividable for 5/6 dwellings.
