We dealt with Brad who was professional, friendly and provided estimates quickly and answered all questions. The work crew was exceptional! Team was led by Gabby and other crew members were Keeyn, Steven and Winter. Their work was done quickly to a very high standard and they were very courteous. Thank you all for a job well done!

It all started with Steven (the project manager) who, among the 4 other providers we brought in for a pretty sizeable job was the ONLY one who grabbed a shovel and checks for grubs and check where our drain was buried (that needed repair). It was clear he and Lay of the Land were experienced, hands on and didn't treat quotes as a "sales call", but on "what does the customer actually want and need, and what can I do that even I'd be proud of?" Steven claims he knocked on my door and I didn’t answer. My front door was open, I was home all day, ready for him to stop by for quote at 4pm. I called office re his 10 mins late, Shannon said he was on highway already!!! The highway is 30 mins away. I said she or Steven could have called my cell to check. She was very rude and disrespectful to me. Too bad for them, my money will go elsewhere.
Very happy with today's landscaping clean up. Lisa and Michael worked through an Orange level heat warning, a downpour, and resulting muddy gardens but did so cheerfully and with care. Thank you!
