Lay of The Land was founded by Brad Coultes in 2007 as a way to provide extra family income. It was a natural fit for Brad, which drew upon his residential maintenance and golf course construction experience as well as logistical knowledge from several seasons of excavating the fossil remains of dinosaurs from Canada, United States and Mexico. Great job by Lay of the Land in giving our back and front yard a much needed makeover. In-spite of it being a busy time of the year, Brad was able to schedule us in within the week . Lisa ,Winter & Pieter did an amazing job trimming , pruning ,weeding & replanting. Brad and the team are very knowledgeable and friendly and exceeded our expectations. Lay of the Land is an excellent company which stands by its work and listens to the customer. They do a thorough job and walk you through your yard afterward to show what they have done. Mike, Kevin and Luke worked tirelessly and improved the look of our home 100%. The owner, Brad, really cares about his customers and is very knowledgeable.
I've had Brad and his crew back for the past 5 seasons (Lisa, Pieter, Winte, Shane, Gabby) for projects big and small. Always prompt, always professional and on budget. Starting to make the list for next season.
Mike, Kevin and Peter did an incredible job seeding my backyard. I love the repositioning of the Chinese Maple and look forward to phase 2. Brad and Shannon continue to amaze and this summer will be a great reset for the property. Looking forward to the Nurserie visit in the next few weeks! I have used Lay of the Land in the past and needed them again to help in yard maintenance. The crew of Mike, Shane and Peter arrived on time, were friendly, polite and worked efficiently to finish the job. They didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend them
