Dr. acharya is great, but the people attending to the phone can come across as rude. I understand the clinic can be hectic, but it doesn’t excuse a lack of compassion and understanding.
Cant even talk on the phone with scheduling department they dont even transfer you or understand you! Whole team shd change!
The current doctor there, Dr Desai, is a very nice and professional doctor. He was able to take care of me effectively and has a very friendly demeanor
I've visited once and loved my experience at the time. Everyone was kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Acharya has great bedside manner and is very thorough. My rating is solely for the woman that is in charge of scheduling. She is incredibly rude and disorganized. She randomly called me to tell me I had an appointment and asked if I was coming. I asked what it was for as I don't recall scheduling an appointment and my annual was not due. She rudely asked again if i was coming or not. I asked again if she could tell me w... read more
