I don't know how the specialist's attention is but I can certify that the attention of the staff is terrible, unpleasant and rude, they are not friendly at all, they respond very badly and make very bad faces
BEWARE of this doctor. My daughter saw Dr. Koya who dismissed all of her concerns, gave her unsound medical advise and changed her advise and diagnosis every time we talked to her without any reason or anything to back up her diagnosis. Her primary care and myself insisted on a second opinion and brought all of her medical records to the new GI doctor who was appalled at the care Dr. Koya provided and horrified at the medication she told her to take. A disappointing experience. We were contacted by the doctor’s office and asked to arrive an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment, which we did. Despite this, we were kept waiting for 90 minutes with no updates or explanation. This lack of communication and disregard for our time was both frustrating and unprofessional. While Dr. Koya is a knowledgeable and helpful physician, the excessive wait times detract from the overall patient experience.
Very frustrating experience for us. The doctor’s office called and asked us to come in an hour early, which we did. But even after adjusting my schedule to accommodate them, we were left waiting 90 minutes to be seen. No updates, no explanation, no respect for our time. It’s unacceptable to be treated this way—especially after being asked to arrive early. Poor communication and long wait times.
Wonderful specialist. Has helped me for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The only problem at this office is the wait times. They are EXTREMELY long. Plan to be in the office for over an hour, maybe 2, and most of the time will just be sitting and waiting to see the doctor. I think she just tries to fit too many people into one day.
