We’ve been going here with our littles for almost 8 years now and we highly recommend. They’ve seen my daughter when she pushed her baby teeth to the back of her gums and they repaired my son’s tooth when he chipped his front adult tooth. My kids love coming here and every dentist/hygienist we’ve seen have all been so good with the kids and handling any fears or questions they may have.
So thankful for this practice - my kids used Laxer, Long & Savage for both dental and orthodontic over the years & are now in their 20's. My daughter lives out of town & had an issue with her permanent retainer. When I called for a recommendation, they were able to squeeze her in when she came back to Charlotte & repaired the retainer, despite the fact that she has not been a pediatric patient for years! Above & beyond!
no urgent care or attention especially for children on a weekend that too for orthodontics no one picks up the phone no one answers the emergency number and inspite of leaving a note stating an emergency for them to page someone nothing happens . then you guys charge a fortune for your services .. get real and be responsible !!
