no urgent care or attention especially for children on a weekend that too for orthodontics no one picks up the phone no one answers the emergency number and inspite of leaving a note stating an emergency for them to page someone nothing happens . then you guys charge a fortune for your services .. get real and be responsible !!
For Ortho, Dr. Long has very limited schedules and you have to wait months to get an appointment. This has prolonged our timeframe by several months AND it directly impacts CMS high school attendance report. For those reasons, I would NOT recommend this practice for high school students looking for Orthodontics.
Best dentist ever, have been going here since I was a kid!
