I’m extremely disappointed with LAX.com’s return policy. What should be a straightforward process feels unnecessarily restrictive and unfriendly to customers. The policy lacks flexibility, and it seems designed more to protect the company than to support people who may need to make a legitimate return. No Email to say my daughters uniform was ready, I called during business hours as games are starting today. I got the killer phone loop. Hours are posted differently in different places, no one answered my voice mail or e-mail. Season starts today, and we still don't have her uniform! Ordered it January 3rd and today is March 22.
