Lex was nothing short of amazing!! We met at the 2024 Whole You Women's Expo and she followed up with me the following week. Which was right on time, as I was experiencing burn-out from school, Internship and just life in general. I had tension on my left side in between my shoulder blades…WHEN I TELL YOU IT IS NO LONGER THERE HONEY! LEX did her thing!! The ambiance was so welcoming and serene.
