Need to update hours of business info. Don't stay open until 10:00 p m. This is misleading. Needed an urgent care near me and on website stated was open. Drove all the way over here, and was closed. Had to drive to Cedar Sinai Hospital instead on a Friday a real inconvenience
When I arrived, the doctor did not provide any help, and I was not even offered pain medication. I was left alone in the room for an extended period, only to realize that the doctor had left. While I was still in the room, half-dressed, a janitor entered and attempted to find at least pads and iodine for me while I was in pain and bleeding.
