Beware of this facility's billing practices. I've repeatedly received bills claiming I never paid my co-pay -- despite the fact that they collect payment at the time of the appointment and I have records of my checks being cashed. Even after paying, new bills would arrive claiming the payment was never received, along with an explanation that the practice was "under new ownership." If I could give less than 1 star to this place, I would. I went there 2.5 years ago and got charge $600 out of pocket for a swab and then they asked me to come in for a follow up appointment. Didn't hear from them again until 2.5 years later when I received a bill for $600. They claimed that they'd been sending me notices for 2 years, but I hadn't received anything. I came here right after being in a car accident involving a semi truck. I was shaken up with significant pain and wanted to get checked out quickly without going to the ER. The team at LAX Urgent Care got me in fast with almost no wait and took excellent care of me. The doctor was very thorough running the necessary exams explained everything clearly and made sure nothing serious was missed while treating my injuries and pain.
