I came in for a standard Covid test. The service was alright. I was also upsold on a saline drip to restore my fluids. They told me that my insurance would cover it. After it was all done, I got a bill (2 months later) for just under 6,000$. I was astonished! The covid test alone was 1500$. After lots of spent time and worry, I was able to get the bill down to just under 400$ for financial hardship. This is still way too much to pay for just a covid test appointment and care. Total scam - went in for a TB test and was told my insurance covered the test and now I have received at bill for $2,150. Now going though the process of getting appealed.
Don’t go there unless you want to get robbed. As some other reviews stated they charge ridiculous amounts for basic staff. For example $1,500 for COVID test in addition to $750 “new patient office visit”. It actually deserves 0 stars
Didn’t even have a doctor at this place. Such a joke.
