I am extremely disappointed in LAX Tatu's customer service. I had a memorial tattoo done a few months ago and since healing, there are large, visible spots that need to be retouched. I recently moved two hours away from La Crosse so I called and scheduled an appointment (2 weeks in advance) for my touch-up. I drove two hours, just to be RUDELY told by the owner that the artist, Josh, called in sick.
