Very rude. Unprofessional.. I could write a book to be honest. Also when your talking about a deceased loved one the people working there should know his name. Not call them by a whole different name. More than half of the actual family didnt even get to go in and see him.. just overall extemely stressful experience for everyone. would never let a loved one I lost come here.
