I wish I can give zero. Because this place deserve it. I brought my car in this morning for a diagnostic inspection. Last week, i purchased a car from a online dealership around the corner from this location. I wanted to have a diagnostic inspection done. I called the other dsy to make an appointment. Tyson in the service department is absolutely amazing! Very attentive, makes you feel comfortable, pays attention and makes sure you get your car in a timely fashion. Highly recommend working with Tyson. He isn't an advisor but he makes sure as the person in charge to make sure the job is done.
The WORST customer service here. I ordered a spare key fob when I purchased a used car from them. They promised me I can get one when I pick up the car- but they didn’t. They said it’s on its way and will let me know when it’s there. Weeks after the dealer is not working at here so I reached out to a new person. He says there is no info about my key fob order.
