I will never buy from Jeep again. The service is terrible. Was about to buy my third jeep but The sales person never got back to me on a new Wagoner. meanwhile my trade in Jeep Rubicon had a easy warranty issue. My car has been there 4 months because they cant get a mopar fuel line. .most times when I periodically check in ( cause they dont) no one calls me back. Not only did the service center keep my car for an entire month (allegedly because the warranty company took a long time to assess the proposed repair), they didn’t give me any information on the status of my vehicle unless I called them. And that was if I could actually reach a person, which was almost impossible because my service advisor never answered his phone and had not set up his voicemail. Update: I emailed both the general manager and the service manager. Neither ever replied. The second time we were told our car would be ready, the service advisor, Ken, told us he would call when the paperwork was finished, he again did not call. He left without contacting us that the paperwork was ready and we could pick up our car. Luckily we decided to just show up for our car. DO NOT take your car to this dealership. I was ready to buy a Dodge Charger and saw they had one listed at 11k above value to the point where car apps/sites noted that the price was likely mislisted. It was standard but listed at scat pack pricing. I was on my way to an appointment at another dealership but gave them a call to see if the price was mislisted.
