The worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. Scheduled an appointment at 1230 for an oil change on my grand Cherokee. When I showed up on time no one came up to me to see what I needed. I could see plenty of technicians just walking around looking at their phones, gathering in groups and talking amongst themselves. Still no one came to offer any assistance. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to LAX Jeep for a standard oil change. Shortly afterward, my car started leaking oil heavily. Another dealer later confirmed that the leak was caused by LAX overtightening the oil filter. What should have been a routine service turned into more than a week without my vehicle, $250 out-of-pocket for a rental, and a long back-and-forth trying to get reimbursement. Just purchased a Dodge Charger, best experience by far. The whole team at LAX Chrsler Dodge and jeep looked out and helping me get into the car I wanted. Go talk to Ryan or Jorge they are A1 in my book.
Terrible experience here, reserved an appointment at 11 and was met with employees who seemingly didn't want to work, sending me to and from each other all for me to simply check in while going on their phones. The person they sent me to told me to hold on after being there for 10 mins and proceeded to talk with other employees and laugh while taking two phone calls before asking for my keys and sending me to the back.
