I have had numerous clients close with Lawyers Title, including my partner and I on our refi two years ago. Seamless and easy closings every time. They have been great with any questions I've had and quick to get myself and my clients any paperwork we have needed after closing! As a Realtor, I will definitely continue reccomendeding my clients to them!
I asked for copies of paperwork I signed at closing and they refused to provide it saying they didn't understand why I needed it and it was too much work for them to do. I even said I would come to their office and make the copies myself but they still insisted it was too much work. I am afraid of what they are trying to hide. Unprofessional, I would not recommend them.
