These people are the most unprofessional and incompetent people ever!!!! They lack communication and put their vacation needs over getting their job done accordingly in a timely, professional matter. Be warned the worst!!!
Tried to get help from Karen Sanchez (supervisor) when James Stott failed to close our escrow that was complete. She shut down all communications and we got a "Request to quit". She refused to comment on James Stott failing to close escrow by refusing to deal with lenders, withholding documents & Communications, wiring instructions. He tried to trick me to get me to sign a form that would give him power to pay anyone. He pushed for a $839,125.00 payout to an attorney without requiring an option exercise or payment to escrow.... read more
