They totally missed the easement registered on my property. It was not mentioned in the title report and really affected our plans of developing the property land. In addition, the easement by the neighbors had large ficus trees planted which would be destructive to my property, utilities and building. I come to find out about the easement when my neighbor told me about it while we were planning to put a fence and gate. How pathetic was that?.
