Closed on our house Aug 1 2025. It is now April 26th 2026 and This company still owes us money back and final documents. I have been in contact with Laura Brookhart on numerous occasions via email and she keeps saying “I’ll get it sent out this week”! Still nothing. Very unprofessional & untrustworthy company. Do not use them!!
Terrible.... Had her working on purchase agreement and she slowed rolled it and gave it to another client.... Not very trustworthy and would never go to this group ever for any reason. If you are dealing with them, be careful. They may do the same to you.... If there were a zero stars, that is what they would have in my honest opinion.
