Awesome group to have done our closing. Answered all of our questions when needed. Made it stress free.
Amanda did an excellent job of keeping everyone informed of what information was needed and in what time frame. This transaction included a foreign seller and that was handled with ease. Judy was excellent with her explanation of the Closing Statement for the buyers and how to handle taxes in the future and making sure they were comfortable with their recent purchase.
Judy was great in carefully explaining and going over document details. She gave me several instructions for needed follow-up which I quickly navigated. All in all a good closing experience.
Amanda and her team made closing so simple. It's important to trust who you choose for a title/escrow company when buying or selling a home and I would recommend Amanda to do another outstanding job -
