I completely concur with the previous review. As a business broker/intermediary, I have used Lawyers Escrow Company as my closing agent for several deals over the past few years and it's the best closing agent out there in my humble opinion. I too highly recommend working with LEC for all deal closings as they are very thorough and professional in their approach.
