I’ll give this company no star or negative if the website would let me. At the beginning before they collect your money they seem to be nice and thoroughly with your paper/document but once it is finished and you need them to release any money that is withhold for some reason during the buy/sell process they work like shit, I been emailed and called to their office for approximately two months but they never response back, they consider themself professional but their act/work is not professional at all. I completely concur with the previous review. As a business broker/intermediary, I have used Lawyers Escrow Company as my closing agent for several deals over the past few years and it's the best closing agent out there in my humble opinion. I too highly recommend working with LEC for all deal closings as they are very thorough and professional in their approach.
