Scott Saperstein is an arrogant, condescending, and undermining attorney. I do not work with people who are disrespectful or who hang up the phone simply because I expressed something I believe to be true. He is disorganized, scattered in conversation, and rarely confident in the responses he provides. Scott does not come across as a people person, nor does he demonstrate the qualities of a competent attorney. Frankly, it’s time for him to retire. I would never recommend him, and I regret wasting my time with this firm.
