The "kiosk" allowed me to submit for filing a complaint against an attorney- then when I hit submit it would loudly say it wasn't received. I could not take the elevator or stairs wo a keyboard, & when I called i was sent to voicemail.

Is it typical for a person to be charged twice for the same incident, in the state of Ohio?? Isn't this a violation of the fifth amendment of the constitution??? If someone can answer this, it would be greatly appreciated.
