Website advertises: "You will have help getting the right kind of attorney quickly." Despite my giving my credit card for the fee and leaving a voicemail and sending an email, I never heard a word for two and a half weeks. I also never received an email confirmation. During that time my credit card kept reauthorizing over and over. I called and was able to get a cancellation of my referral and they said my card would no longer be reauthorized or charged. Waste of money waste of time... Just another dog and pony show for bucks.... End up with useless referrals that don't even return calls. Seek another option w your time

Unhelpful, judgemental, unwilling to comprehend the requirement. 1st email communication was simply "we can't help you". No explanation why, no mention of the $35 paid for their services. That level of communication was useless. I had to email back to ask why, and ask where my $35 was. Inept.
