When I called this office the person who answered the phone treated me like I was a complete total idiot. It took me forever to just get the actual referral information because the person kept forcing unsolicited advice on me and refused to actually listen to what I was saying. TWO THUMBS DOWN! Very rude, very condescending, really annoying.....
