Well if your low income don't bother coming to them because you have to have things notarized and if you can't afford that you can't make a complaint because even if notarized people can't lie smh this is just wasteful resource for the citizens.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this office. I submitted what I believed to be a well-founded complaint against a prosecutor and was frustrated to learn that no investigation would be pursued. From my perspective, the process lacked transparency and accountability. The decision left me with the impression that complaints against attorneys, particularly government attorneys, face a very high barrier to meaningful review. One star is far far far too many . Reporting to higher levels .. So let me get this straight ,I reported a lawyer for very reasonable suspicion of violating Federal law related to blocking some access to some of my medical records etc and I get a letter closing the complaint ? No investigation? Ha what exactly is their job then ? Where is the accountability? I will report to every Federal agency that will take my complaint
