A true professional. Ashley is very accomodating and understanding. She kept me updated on the progress of my file at all times and informed me of any delays that may come up. During the time she was handling my case, something happened that reduced the time/effort required to finish my case altogether. Part of the work that she was assisting me with fixed itself.
