Bought a Ford direct 2020 Ford Focus Estate from Lawton’s of Tadcaster in August 2024 with 17,000 miles on, manual gearbox failed Spring 2025 at approx 24,000 miles had to wait two weeks for the car to be looked at with no courtesy car offered or available. Gearbox repaired under warranty in the dealership around a week. Bought a focus st off lawtons about two weeks ago and I have to say I was really impressed with them, second time my family have used them and stuart is a top bloke. Really fair and honest didn't force anything down your throat and can't fault him at all. And they gave me a good part ex value for my car too. If your thinking buying a car off them my suggestion is just do it. You won't be disappointed.
Great customer service, friendly and professional and vehicle was delivered to a very high standard.
I'd definitely recommend Lawtons of Tadcaster because they have a good selection of vehicles. Reasonably priced. The fact a lot of them are also Ford direct is a bonus as it shows they are of a high quality and come with added benefits. Having now bought 4 vehicles from them I would definitely recommend them and will keep using them.
