One time my windshield wipers didn't work, I called on a saturday and left a message asking their availability, they ended up calling me back a little later and told me they were just working on their own cars at the shop and to just come through real quick. All I needed was a little replacement piece that I plug into some panel, boom wipers fixed. Didn't charge me since it took 10 seconds and was a 50 cent piece. Lawton's is amazing! They are kind, honest, and know exactly what they're talking about. When our car had a manufacturer defect that was causing a recurring coolant leak several other mechanics charged us multiple times to fix the same issue while Lawton's was honest and actually told us about the defect. Definitely recommend!
