My car is a piece of junk. I have had it fixed prior with no luck. These guys are like car angels. First I dropped it off wrong spot they picked it up and took it to the other shop and brought it back. Then they found the problem I have been fighting since I got the car. This shop primo ! Today my car got stuck in reverse in the Honest Weight parking lot. The folks at the customer service desk told me to go talk to the guys at Lawton’s cause they’re great, and boy were they right! Even after I explained that I likely wouldn’t be able to give them my business because I’d need to take my car to someone local to me, the man at the desk sent Cole to walk over with me to take a look at it. Setting up the appointment, I already noticed how polite and attentive they were. But talk about going BEYOND EXPECTATIONS - they replaced my bad starter. Three days later, my daughter drives down the Brooklyn, where the van won't start (exhibiting same starter issues). The starter is under national warranty, so it'll get repaired for free, BUT in the meantime one of their mechanics is driving to Florida today, and IS GOING TO DETOUR to Brooklyn and check the starter (and some wire), and actually bring a replacement starter ... read more
Been bringing my car here for over 10 years and legit don't let anyone else fix it. They're helpful and reasonable.
