The customer service is horrible, was just calling to ask a question and the one in charge hung up on me.I called back and she said, honey I don't care, this is the way it works and I don't have time for this. And hung up the phone again.

This is the most unorganized place I've ever seen. There's a 3 part process before you're even seen by the doctor. 1 - they take your name; 2 - they take your vitals, 3 - they update any info from the previous visit; 4 - THEN you see the doctor (which is usually around a 2 minute interview before he prescribes the same meds he did last time). You can expect to wait 2 hours between each process (yes, they don't all happen at the same time). Every time I'm there, the wait is at least 6 hours (usually 7-8). Staff misplaces info... read more

Don,t worry about what Greg say's cause Doctor Zielinski is a good doctor and is straight up bout every thing and everbody needs to leave that men alone!!!!!!!!!!

I wouldn't give my business to this place if my life depended on it! My son had an appointment, but because he was sick, I called to cancel and reschedule the appointment. Greg Butler gruffly stated "We don't reschedule!" and hung up in my ear. Very unprofessional.

The whole interview was conducted very poorly. The doctor seemed to find that everything that was said about my child was useless information. Repeatedly said that he didn't need it or it didn't matter. It was immediately recommended that she was ADHD and would need meds. Their office is also just as unorganized considering they have lost my daughters entire evaluation and cannot seem to contact parents in a timely manner. Zero stars would be better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The doctor was not objective and had already made up his mind about his diagnosis before he even saw my child. His solution was medication for ADHD for a child that is neither inattentive nor hyperactive. I'm thinking that ADHD is the "go-to" diagnosis and that any child that sees that man will not get the help they really need.

Always check a counselor's background before seeking advice from her. The personal mental health history of a counselor is more important than her professional stature! Letters that follow a person's name do not determine quailty counseling or trustworthiness; they only define degrees and/or certification. Be careful!
