I went in after a few years from my original procedure, I had developed capsular contracture in one of my breast implants and needed revision surgery. My experience at Dr. Lawton’s office has been wonderful since the initial consultation. The staff has been consistently kind, professional, and welcoming, and I never felt rushed at any point in the process. Dr. Lawton is incredibly personable and easy to talk to, and he took his time answering all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and I’m truly happy with my breast augmentation results — they exceeded my expectations.
Had a 2:30om appointment. Put in a consult room a little after 3. It was 4pm and still no doctor. I slowly put my clothes back on and slowly walked out. Not a single soul in sight. Even in the lobby they didn't acknowledge me because they are behind the frosted glass. Left the robe on the desk. I know they knew someone was in the room. My file was on the door.
