BOD is not livable because the building is not getting fixed plus they are kicking out a lot of people but they are allowing residents smoke marijuana and have a drug dealer live there, plus they are not doing what they are supposed to do.
Lot's of drugs fentanyl and meth..!! The apartment next to me has at least one OD A WEEK!! BUT HER DAUGHTER AND THE LADY AT THE OFFICE ARE GOOD FRIENDS!! MY APARTMENT WAS BROKEN INTO WHILE OUT OF TOWN AND 3 MONTHS LATER STILL NOTHING FIXED...BUT MY LEASE IS BEING TERMINATED!! I've filed reports with local police I am a domestic violence victim back in August I had to leave my apartment because nobody would make the man leave so I had to!!
