After SEVERAL ATTEMPTS, to reach them and get a response, we actually scheduled a time for them to come out and look at what needed to be done to get an estimate. Our deck has some vertical posts holding up the roof that have started to rot. I called the morning of the appointment to confirm that they were still coming. I was assured that they would be there.
