Small things matter to me. Asked for copies of build sheet and inspection report. Basically, I was told by 2 people that it was not their job and I should ask for them again as the sale was completed. Confirmed with sales rep that tire pressures were significantly off. Was told that they would fix it but never did. Was told that I would get a full tank of fuel but only got just over half. Encouraged to leave a positive review before sale was completed.
