Just wanted to share a really bad experience from this clinic, it is in the past but I still feel annoyed remembering it so I am writing this. I went to this clinic for a supposedly “free” consultation for Invisalign just to see if I am a good candidate for it. After I’m done with my appointment these people charged me for it. Please be aware, the free consultation is still advertised on their website. IT IS NOT FREE.
Competent, caring and respectful! Just plain wonderful! He's a perfectionist, every detail is attended to !!!This is a man I want on my team!!!!
Dr. Carbone is a gentle and thorough. Friendly staff. Comfortable and clean. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible I believe.
Dental tech worked very carefully on trays, shelf was great in explaining everything. Dr. Carbone was especially confident in taking care if my issue. Front staff worked together in getting my paperwork processed.
I appreciate the kindness shown to me in your office.
