Great small town gym. Love my gym family. Workouts are great. I've been a member for 6 years.
I've been a member of LBC for over a year and a half. The facility, equipment, coaching, and people make this gym what it is. Excellent! If you are in the area and you are looking for the right gym, this is the place for you!
