I rode the orange bus hot off the bus at fortsill blvd and lee and went back to the stop at 12:30 pm and the bus didnt come I called the lats office and let them know they said the bus didnt come yet I said I should of it didnt come till 2:15 pm it was me and 3 people waiting if it wasnt for me needing to get where I was going I would not ride the bus ever again the driver just skip the whole last part of the route I think that's crazy people out there waiting and it doesn't come at all
all the drivers are helpful however NATHAN went above and beyond to assist me load my bike up & get me to work on time when the blue bus skipped my stop 3/10/25 Also TONY is exceptional always kind & tries his best to get me as close to my destination so I don’t have to walk as far & helps me load my bike if needed. Thank you LATS Driver for coming to work & getting the community to our destinations.
When it's in the single digits people have to walk down to the main roads and risk getting hypothermia and frostbite to catch the bus. It's free on freezing days, but they are making the system halfway unusable.
I asked the driver of the bus I was on to please call ahead and ask the Yellow east bus to please wait because there were several people needing the yellow east, we'll, the yellow bus driver refused to wait and left 8 people stuck at the terminal... crappy bus service...by a crappy bus driver..
Yall need to get it together and how yall do and treat people. Not professional at all. And then you all don’t like being wrong and could care less about your actions because you figure most folk need us anyway so it doesn’t matter. Deal with it. But God doesn’t like ugly. We reap what we sow. This review probably won’t even matter. But I’m placing it here. Bus service sucks and those that answer dispatch are rude and don’t know how to speak to people or handle situations. Wish I could put no stars honestly.
