I decided to go this shop due to their long standing relationship with the community. The customer service post installation was by far the worse I have seen in a long time. The installation was very sloppy with the team not meeting time hacks and not communicating/ updating the customer. Additionally the crew left my new car upholstery stained from not wearing gloves which caused me to incur additional cost to get it clean. Absolutely blown away by the service here! I came in thinking my speakers were blown, but Morgan and his team quickly figured out the real culprit—some dying channels in my old amplifier. They didn’t try to sell me something expensive right away. Instead, they refunded the speakers and suggested a cheap, temporary $5 splitter cable as a fix. Who does that anymore?! Blessings to my guy Morgan and Randall, they help me out today, I went everywhere to look for 1/0 power wire no one had but them! Come check the store lots of stuff! blessings
Not at all impressed with this place !! Horrible customer service. Zack is so arrogant and thinks too highly about himself. No respect for the customer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place !!
When purchasing equipment I wasn’t informed that all features of the equipment were not included and had to schedule another appointment only to not have all of the work completed. Sloppy workmanship in the vehicle. Wires hanging down, scratches from the installation. Not a professional job to say the least. Poor customer service.
