I spent several thousand dollars over two installs. The first speaker and sub-install were completed without a hitch. The nightmare started when I had them install an Alpine Halo 11 and dash cam. I recently purchased a JVC car radio from Lawson's Audio, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. The radio they sold me freezes constantly, lags, and produces distorted sound at random while I'm using my connected phone—completely unacceptable for a brand-new product. This was one of the greatest audio shops i have ever been to the workers were informative my wires were actually hidden and my sound was clean and sound with no distortion!
Gone into the store 5 times in the last week. Everyone has been nice and extremely helpful. Definitely coming back for all my audio upgrades
the employees are very kind and helpful but i just didn’t have good luck coming here. i think i was charged double for fees. they also completely broke my already broken but functioning trunk latch. i spent $350 here after only getting about $100 speakers and i still cant use my radio. i was told i only needed to replace blown speakers and that my radio was working good, but after they installed the speakers i now need a new radio. i’m at a loss :(
