Very impressed with the knowledge, service, frequent updates, and just all around amazing experience. Randall always kept me in the loop with the status of my truck and when my stereo had been installed for a couple weeks and I brought it back to be tuned a little differently, he listened to exactly what I was looking for, sound wise, and completely got it sounding exactly how it sounds best to my ears and music type. Very friendly staff. I did not have any work done yet, but the estimates seem very reasonable, and the staff seems very knowledgeable.
I decided to go this shop due to their long standing relationship with the community. The customer service post installation was by far the worse I have seen in a long time. The installation was very sloppy with the team not meeting time hacks and not communicating/ updating the customer. Additionally the crew left my new car upholstery stained from not wearing gloves which caused me to incur additional cost to get it clean.
