I had a great experience here at the Portage la Prarie location. And honestly I wont do business ANYWHERE else unless it’s with Gilles Chabot. He is awesome, knows his stuff, fast at replying and so personable. You can tell he’s been in this industry for a while. If you need anything ever go here and ask for gilles!
Dave the service manager helped us with all of our needs , service was excellent , went above and beyond
I phoned Lawsons Kubota four weeks ago and was told they were busy, so I booked my equipment in for service 2–3 weeks later. Dropped it off on the 6th as arranged, expecting it would take a day or two, as this is what always happened in the past. On the 10th, I called to check in and see what the status was, and it hadn’t even been looked at! At that point I made some noises and hoped it might get done by end of day. Wishful thinking. We own 2 of their products and are extremely happy with the quality and level of service. I had my tractor in for service recently and David the service manager was able to expedite the repairs and get it back to me very quickly for a job. He was extremely professional and went the extra mile to help me out. Much appreciated.
