Went to look at cars in the Congleton Branch, found it an absolute waste of time. Wasn’t sure which cars were for sale as very few of the many cars had prices on them. Due to this, went inside to see if someone could advise further. No one approached unlike most dealerships who do and when trying to get attention from a staff member, there was no response. Saw a car I really liked,but had to travel 80 miles, so thought i'd give them a call before setting off,infact I was on my way.Rang at least 10 times no answer.So turned around and didn't bother.
Totally impressive set up looks like a car supermarket as you enter the premises the vehicle choices are impressive.friendly helpful staff I felt quite comfortable being there, ultimately bought a suitable vehicle a deal was done with a smooth transaction to go with it…..A really pleasurable experience .Thanks Guys.
I purchased a Land Rover Discovery 4 from Lawsons, trusting their reputation and the courtesy shown during the sale. Unfortunately, two years later, the car suffered a catastrophic engine failure while I was abroad, requiring repatriation by the AA, an incredibly stressful and costly experience. Absolutely awful experience, car had damage to windscreen, agreed to repair the screen but because it had previously been repaired they wouldn’t help any further. Director is very rude and unhelpful, sales team told us to claim through our insurance and lie that a stone it the screen on the way home- I wasn’t prepared to commit insurance fraud and tried to return car….
