Made an appointment as a new patient 6 months ago. A week before my appointment was set to occur next week on June 27th, this jokester cancels for absolutely no reason and when I call to reschedule I’m told there’s no policy saying MDs who cancel appointments have to have any upcoming availability for the patients they canceled on. So my only option was to reschedule for October 26th with a totally different MD because if I wanted to wait for Dr. Montgomery, I would have to wait even longer!
