What once was an independent dealership that I like to go to has been bought out by United AG and Turf. The old dealership would help you and give you pointers or help you do some simple diagnoses. My dealings with the one in Temple has left me with a bitter taste in my mouth. So sad to see this buy out. What is even worse is united ag and turf basically has the whole Central Texas market except Comanche I do believe.
Melanie - I'm sure appreciative of your taking the time to diagnose a rockshaft issue that field service and shop mechanics at another dealer couldn't figure out after 3 weeks. Tough business you guys are in. I'm sure grateful you solved this matter so I can get back to work.
They no longer care about the Independent rancher/farmer This new ownership is terrible because the mechanic overcharged by 3 hours
