Had a root canal done which left a massive gap inbetween teeth. Then called to arrange check up only to be told I’ve been de registered as nhs patient. It’s so unprofessional to not let patients know this is going to happen via txt email or phone call.
Unregistered me without me knowing. Only found out after calling in to the practice to make an appointment.
Have been treated by Dentists, Daisy and Jodhi at Lawson Dental Comber. Very happy with every procedure and the results. So glad I moved to this practice! Thanks to Daisy and Heather today
Absolutely shocking all round. Made an emergency appointment and arrived to be told I’m not registered with them when I was before. They done a root canal which I’ve had trouble with ever since it was done last year. They give me an x ray and tell me there’s a massive infection but they won’t work on me as I’m no longer registered. Called the care board and a few other dentists from leaving which none can believe I was let go out of there care with an infection. Complete process has started.
